The Architectural Review Board (ARC) is comprised of four homeowners appointed by the HOA Board. The ARC reviews and approves proposed exterior modifications to ensure they comply with the association’s governing documents and design standards. The ARC’s role is to maintain architectural consistency and protect property values, not to replace local permitting or code enforcement. A $25 fee is required for each request.
Membership in our community requires an annual fee of $500, which helps to fund our community spaces and events. Your membership fee also goes towards maintaining the value of your home.
