Social Committee

The Social Committee’s role is to bring neighbors together and make our community feel more connected. We’ll:

  • Plan fun neighborhood events and casual get-togethers.
  • Welcome new neighbors and help everyone feel included.
  • Share news about upcoming activities through signs, emails, or our neighborhood site.
  • Listen to ideas and suggestions so events reflect what neighbors want.
  • Work with the HOA board to keep events organized and supported.

Welcome Committee

As a branch of the Social Committee, the Welcome Committee focuses on greeting new neighbors and helping them feel at home. We’ll:

  • Personally welcome new residents with a friendly introduction.
  • Share helpful information about the neighborhood, community events, and HOA resources.
  • Connect new neighbors with others in the community so they feel included right away.
  • Encourage participation in upcoming social activities.

La Campana Park Committee

The Park Committee helps keep our shared park space welcoming and enjoyable for everyone. We’ll:

  • Share ideas for the next phases of improving and maintaining our neighborhood park to ensure it meets the expectations of as many residents (of all ages!) as possible.
  • Work with the HOA board and vendors on projects like landscaping, playgrounds, and amenities.
  • Help plan community activities that make use of the park.

Community Beautification & Landscape Committee

The Beautification & Landscape Committee works to keep our neighborhood looking its best and feeling inviting. We’ll:

  • Identify areas throughout the community that could benefit from landscaping improvements or beautification.
  • Share ideas for ways to enhance curb appeal and the overall look of our shared spaces.
  • Meet to review and prioritize projects based on need and impact.
  • Gather 2–3 competitive quotes for proposed work and present recommendations to the HOA board.

Architectural Review Committee

The Architectural Committee serves as the neighborhood's architectural review authority by evaluating and approving proposed new construction or exterior modifications to ensure compliance with governing covenants and harmony with the neighborhood’s overall aesthetic.
